Jaylene Elmslie started working for Jim Wiederhold in January 2007 when her own husband (Jim) was a transition client, learning how to network by cold calling people he knew very well for an update on their lives. It was an eye-opening experience of how vast the Wiederhold network was then and is still growing today.
Jaylene moved to the position of a Career Transition Specialist for five plus years fostering client relationships and learning about their lives; it was especially rewarding to work with individuals helping transform some from stunned at what happened to confident enough to walk into an office suite unannounced and introduce themselves to increase their network.
Fascinated with coding and the inner workings of the website she has taken on that position along with other non-specific areas where an extra hand is needed. She sees the success clients have with the Wiederhold program and feels privileged to be part of it.
After eight moves around the country (“Is your husband in the military?”) she was promised that their move to Michigan was her last and has happily settled in the country surrounded by wildlife. She has two adult children and a grandson.
