As a Client Coach, Steve will provide structured guidance and coaching to healthcare executives in career transition. Having recently retired from 41 years of healthcare executive leadership, Steve’s mission for this next chapter is to help preserve great talent for the healthcare industry.
Steve is an accomplished Healthcare Executive with extensive experience as CEO in rural, physician owned, for-profit, not-for-profit/community, specialty and academic medical center settings. Steve defines himself as a leader that builds collaborative partnerships to drive organizational change, execute results, and build community engagement. He brings a balance of strategic and operational insight.
Steve and his wife Kathy of 30+ years are the proud parents of Shane. Shane is a recent graduate of the University of Houston majoring in media production. Steve’s undergraduate degree in business administration is from the University of Alabama and he holds a masters degree in healthcare management from Trinity University in San Antonio. Steve and Kathy enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family.
