I started my fifth trip this week through the life-altering book “Younger Next Year” by Chris Crowley and Dr. Henry Lodge.  If you’ve been hanging with my weekly diatribes for a while, you know I feel very strongly that there isn’t a better book available for inspiring one to honor, rather than abuse, our good-health inheritance. In addition to my weekly blog, I’ve started pounding my “good health drum” daily on a global platform called Quora.com, touting the value of Y-N-Y along the way.
