I’m a long-time fan of Yale physician, Dr. David Katz.

He’s one of very few “iconoclastic rebels” in the medical field that unabashedly speaks the truth about how hosed up our medical and food industries are relative to enabling us to protect our health.

I’ll shut up this week and let Dr. Katz do the talking with a link to one of his recent articles.

I encourage you to go beyond just this article by Dr. Katz and get to know him.  His sharp-tongued style cuts through to the truth that we need to hear more of if we expect to realize our full-life potential.

Your comments are welcome – let me know your thoughts.
